Aren't you just crippled? Don't you feel a degree of hate when people like you who are perfectly able to integrate into intellectual society are categorized with brain deficient humans?

Knew a girl born with no arms who had courses with the mentally challenged, despite having no issues with her brain. Would piss me off tbh.

I was placed into classes with the mentally handicapped despite having no problems (or Asperger's at the very least, I have yet to determine). Problem was that I acted out/differently so the state just clumped me in a class and forgot.

I dare to say it doesn't sit well with them(or me speaking with or of them) and therefore I see no need to use 'retarded' when interacting with them.
But yea, I love the word. It is striking, accurate and a no bullshit word which I will continute to use with consideration
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

I'd feel cheated at my chance of education. I recall seeing homework assignments stacked on a counter in a classroom used by the special need kids earlier in the morning. Freshmen in High School learning quadratic equations and pre-calculus, while the special needs kids are adding and subtracting minutes and hours on a clock.

Holy shit, pre-calc as Freshmen? The average for that level is Junior/Senior mathematics in Virginia. How fucking sad.

I continue to use "retarded" in an off-hand fashion simply because I refuse to run on the euphemism treadmill.

The quote is from Stephen Fry. That's just the end of it, it's probably my favourite quote of all time!
