Neck Decision : Mythic Odyssian Choker or Heroic Gruul's Lip Ring

Hello,

I'm stumped on what to use.
I am a demo lock.
I have less than 1500 Master.

Any suggestion?

You should sim it yourself, but I'm fairly confident that the heroic Gruul neck is better as mastery carries a much higher stat weight.

While true, Intellect is currently valued MUCH higher then any of the secondary stats, and none of the secondary stats are actually that bad for Demo (Even Versatility is only about 20% worse then Mastery). To my understanding, the Mythic Odyssian Choker would be better. But still, Sim it with your own gear. Everything else is hypthesis on too little information.

fairly sure the mastery and haste on gruul's ring more than makes up for the for the decrease in int+crit+multistrike as the stats on the gruul neck is so much better but as ppl say, sim it yourself then you can get a better picture.

Heroic Gruul's Lip ring is about 200dps over Mythic Warforged Odyssian Choker for me.

You lose a grand total of 7 int when taking the Heroic Gruul neck over the Mythic Twins. Taking, for example, my personal scale factors and plugging them in gets me this item comparison:

Seeing as my stats aren't too far off from the standard set of weights, I think it's safe to say that the Heroic beats the Mythic piece.
