Keyboard Incorrectly Mapping keys

I recently took apart my laptop. When I put it back together all the keys give a different output than the key I pressed (i.e. spacebar acts like backspace). Does anybody know how to fix this?

My first idea would be to take it apart again and put everything back in but correctly this time.
