I’ve never did cooking since I started playing.
But I’m thinking about doing it on my Shaman.
But can you also make food that restores mana? Ican only find health restoring food.

So yea, that’s my noob question.

Most of the DF cooking stuff gives both mana and health. Just look up any cooking guide, and you'll get examples of the food.

Not only you can make food that gives mana back but also can give mana generation buff.
