Lore resources?

I'd love to get better familiar with WoW lore but it feels like it is all over the place. Are there some good wiki's or lore sights that will give me WoW 101? I think the central story is the rise of the alliance, the coming of the Horde, Thrall and Jiana, and then the battle with the Lich King. I'd like to focus on that if possible. I know there are other lines that intertwine - The Burning Legion, the Dragonflight, Illidan - but one step at a time

Www.wowpedia.org has the most resources on lore from what I know. You can go there and start with any point that interests you, and you can jump from event to event.

Start with the lore of whatever race/class combination you intend to roleplay as and branch out from there.
