Best dps caster trinket in the game now and will stay that way for a while

Dont forget - Spellpower is Spell Damage and also Healing Spells.

Spell Power (Healing) gains a background spell increase also. Dont know what the ratio is will be something like 1 Spell Power (Dam) = 1:1.2 Spell Power (Healing)

Figure is working off BC healing to damage ratios (roughly)

So each "stack" will have roughly +40 healing in old terms.
