Neck is wrong. Should be PvP neck.

Grasping Mouths isn't even close to the other two, no point in listing it.

Kiril beats Spire by a mile.

Edit: Offset pants (crafted) are actually better than the tier pants. So if you don't need the raid CD, you should be using those.

The pants he's talking about are Bladeshadow Leggings (DS zone drop recipe)

I usually wouldn't consider any PvP gear, but due to the very poor itemization on the only other non-heroic neck available I'll include it. For heroic list need to check how Rag HC neck compares to the pvp one.

I'll save you the time. Heroic Rag one is better.

T13 is good, with the head being useless to us, the T13 leg come out ahead.

Only if you need the set bonus. Otherwise they're worse.

On a fight like Morchok or Haggara I wouldn't bother with the bonus since there's virtually no raid damage on normal mode.

the bracers should be the VP ones. much better itemization.

Is the better itemization worth 80 agility (60 with blue gems) ?

The bracers should be the VP bracers.

183 Mastery and 106 Crit is better than 60 Agility and 4 Dodge.

Yeah it is. Not by a lot, but it is. I'm talking using two Epics in the slots, not two blues. It's considerably better than 2 blues, but only slightly better than two epics.

Why wouldn't a bear tank go with both the trinket that stacks agi and the trinket that stacks dodge?
I'm not a bear, just curious cause it seems like it would be a good choice doesn't it?

In certain situations, a trinket with a large on-use for Dodge (like Fire of the Deep) can be better than one that offers a smaller, constant increase to Dodge or Agility. Decimation Blade on Baleroc is one example of this.

Every once in a while, fight mechanics may favor a bigger health pool over more avoidance (almost never in Normal modes though).

It's a good idea for any tank to have a variety of trinkets they can swap out depending on the situation

This is especially true once you have 2t13.

I'm just glad we're getting an item with some bonus armor. 700 free armor is amazing (normal mode of course). I wish there was a really good armor trinket that procced dodge or mastery though.
I'm just warning you, you may actually be a walrus.
AND MY...! oh? we weren't doing... *ahem* Yes. I agree with that plan.
