[H] Rogue (402 ilvl) 6/8HM pre nerf LFG

Due to upcoming changes in work schedule, I'm looking for a new guild, 3 days per week maximum, 6/8HM minimum.

I have a decent gear set, I don't need any more to kill the rest of the content. 403 ilvl, 20 clusters to go for legendary daggers and all the experience needed. Looking for what's up top and preferably a PVP server.

If you see me logged out in a crit build and odd trinket, thats a sub burst for heroic spine, otherwise i'm set up for a combat build:

1. 8% hit cap
2. expertise capped
3. then reforged haste > probably just under spell hit > mastery and crit prioritized.

Here is my raid history/experience/resume:

• realm first heroic ragnaros, pre nerf (as a rogue / prior to ice patch nerf lol)
• took a break in BWL/BoT etc (rogue/warrior)
• took a break in icecrown (played casually on priest)
• realm first everything in TOGC (druid)
• realm first everything in Ulduar (druid)
• didnt do Naxx a second time
• SWP all dead, nothing of note here, (priest for M'uru)
• t4-t6 all dead, some good early kills (my first rogue - sold acount for college money)
• t1-t3 all dead, again some early kills (warrior)

Also willing to change class for MOP, whatever I have (including shaman and druid @85).
OC'd 2500k, 16GB RAM, 2xGTX560 TI Twin Frozrs, Crucial M4 120GB SSD

Our raid times are as follows:
Tuesday - 9pm-Midnight
Wednesday - 9pm-Midnight
Thursday - 9pm-Midnight

Raid times are PST

We currently run a very fair loot council among the officer core. Loot is decided based on Rank/Performance/seniority/effectiveness of loot for your class/spec.

We expect a 90%-100% raid attendance for every core raider. We raid three days three hours so Attentiveness and attendance is our main focus. We have no time to mess around during those times.

The guild does provide cauldrons and fish feast, but we do expect all core members to be pre-potting and potting during the encounters. This is a must.
