You say that your problem is while gaming and AFTER you changed your gpu right? then im assuming your previous one had different cooler design
one that was blowing most of the hot air through the back. Right now it looks like you are running palit jetstream which barely throws any hot air through the back and all the hot air is being stored in your case instead. While such design usually provides better gpu temperatures, you need proper case airflow in order to get rid of all that heat that is being dissipated from your gpu.
