The Vrykul could always be added as a playable race for the Horde (does the alliance need a race that's basically a gigantic human). It would help the issue "ugly races" in the Horde and they are pretty much one of the last original races that qualify as playable.
Story wise, I could see a gory of vrykul splitting off from the rest and becoming somewhat of a "nicer" faction. Like the forsake and blood elves, they could need a little help to get their kingdom rolling, so they ask one of the Hordies if they could have memberships. idk, just my opinion. I say ogres and vrykul for Horde and High elves and furbolgs for the Alliance.

*Warrior
*Death Knight
*Paladin
*Hunter (Owl pet)
*Monk
*Mage
*Druid (more connected to nature than humans are)
Mounts: Shoveltusk

They're just a larger version of humans. There's no reason at all to add them.

I think what Nelinrah was referring to was that the Vrykul are literally larger Humans, as they are the progenitors of the Human race in-game. The Humans were cast out and eventually made their way to EK. Dwarves are an entirely different race in that regard. If we're to use your vein of thought, then Orcs are simply green humans on steroids and so on. Originally Posted by Atethecat

They are the ancestors of humans..... and? I mean that doesn't me they're humans. I mean the vrykul and humans are completely different races too, it's just that one split off from the other. They have different features and different size. That's also the reason I wanted them to join the horde, because they look too much like humans and would not make as much sense. I could also see them joining the Horde over the Alliance, the think of humans as weaklings and respect strength similar to how orcs do. It ask wouldn't hurt to add another as people call "pretty race" to the Horde. I understand where you guys are coming at though. Originally Posted by Matt0193

Humans ARE Vrykul. Humans are Vrykul that were born "small and weak" due to the Curse of Flesh.

There isn't going to be any playable race that's larger than Tauren.
Meanwhile, back on Azeroth, the overwhelming majority of the orcs languished in internment camps. One Orc had a dream. A dream to reunite the disparate souls trapped under the lock and key of the Alliance. So he raided the internment camps, freeing those orcs that he could, and reached out to a downtrodden tribe of trolls to aid him in rebuilding a Horde where orcs could live free of the humans who defeated them so long ago. That orc's name was... Rend.

Vrykul can't fit through any doors.
And they're too similar to Humans really.

It would have to be a dwarf variety of Vrykul to fit through doors (notice dwarf isn't capitalized here).
So maybe Azotha instead.
