You should have added Hagen/Germany in your title otherwise it sounds like Germany is about the size of six playgrounds, only has six playgrounds in total or has damn huge playgrounds. It is typical for areas where a lot low-income people are living, too much graffiti and garbage. The rich people are living in clean areas, poor people in areas littered with waste even with frequent cleaning there's too many people who simply are too lazy to walk a few metres to the next bin.
