Yeah looks funny, but I bet they will somehow prevent this by shifting talents due to possible slowdowns from a couple SPs with the spec in one place.

How is that actually ghostbusting tho? He is releasing a bunch of ghosts as his allies. Total opposite of what the ghostbusters are?

All you need is the 2nd row pvp talent that gives additional crit to targets above 80% hp or whatever and the pvp talent that makes mind sear spread shadow word pain to get this effect. You then take the talent for 100% increased apparition talent that also gives 8(?) insanity per ghost.
