Voting Medivh. He had the powers of generations of powerful magi in him, he lived (and fed off) one of the points where most if not all ley-lines of Azeroth met, he had the spirit of Sargeras in him and still managed to defy it on some brief moments...
Yeah, Medivh. So damn badass.

I'm going to have to go with Medivh as well. They both ended up working with ancient evils, but at least Medivh didn't get himself killed by said evils.

Medivh. He was one of the best Warcraft characters story wise and was pretty powerful.. Don't know if it's a show of his power but I read one of the Manga where the characters went into Kara and it's supposedly creepier than it is In-game. Time stops, powerful villains are somehow inside.. it's like a Time Burton movie on crack.

this is landslide, gul'dan was powerfull and all, but medivh was the guardian of tirisfal, he was a druid / mage / warlock / every other class rolled into one OP human

Ever notice how the overpowered characters from the original Warcraft games are popular (Medivh, Malfurion, Thrall) while the overpowered characters created elsewhere (Rhonin, Med'an) are really annoying? Just an observation. Also, damn right Medivh.

Medivh would win because he took on a blue dragon and his mum (who was the former guardian of tirisfal) and beat them both, who has Gul'dan killed? a few human soliders
