Thought I'd bump this thread with a playlist on spotify!

This is a 2-Tone or Second Wave Ska playlist with a few different bands.
Awesome music!
Needs more Madness.
You've gotta go back to the Aquabats first couple of albums for ska. They're kinda like a Devo now. Love 'em either way. Speaking of them, anyone been catching "The Aquabats! Super Show!"? It's awesome
I consider Streetlight ska, but they're Fourth Wave. That's a Streetlight joke.
Also, this thread needs SLAPSTICK!
Single greatest 3rd Wave/Ska Punk song ever written, in my opinion. I may be biased though since it's Brendan Kelly.
Thanks for this thread. I've been listening to ska and reggae for many years and love the genre... I'm hoping to see it go through another renaissance. I particularly love roots reggae, early 90s dancehall, and ska from all eras. Also, whoever mentioned Rancid earlier, I wouldn't call them ska, but they definitely have a number of heavily reggae/ska-influenced tunes. Great band.
My favorite Rancid tune...
Forgotten 90s dancehall girl greatness...
BOTAR... didn't see them mentioned, mostly members of Catch 22.
Made this the official ska thread. Indexed.
Surprised Big D and the Kids Table hasn't been mentioned.
Or Skankin Pickle.
Degrassi ftw!
I am very disappoint by this thread! No mention of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, only one mention of The Slackers, and no mention of The Planet Smashers? I like ska to some extent, one of my friends is a huge fan of it though. I have seen The Slackers a couple of times, they are well worth checking out if you like ska. I am going to see The Planet Smashers in a couple of weeks (they are from Montreal), recently saw The Harmonauts who are good as well. And I mean, the Bosstones are such early ska it's not even funny, though probably one of the more recognized ska bands in the genre.
