I was sitting here wondering why you people were rating 2 so low and then I realized what I think of as 2 is actually 5 >< Also funny story, when I was like 5 one of my uncles was babysitting me and we watched the first two of the Star Wars movies (I don't think Return of the Jedi was out on VHS yet at that point). When my mom got home she was all pissed because she thought it was inappropriate, and my uncle's defense was I was too young to understand what was going on anyway. So they asked me which one I like the most. My reply was "the one where Luke gets his hand cut off".

My problem with Universe was because it felt like the producers only made it because someone was like "oh hey guys! Stargate was popular, and BSG was popular... so lets put them together! It'll be amazing!". And my brain still hurts thinking about it. Plus I didn't like any of the characters and wanted them all to die.

So about Mafia... we have a huge waiting list of people to mod. It's awesome but wow

Anyways after some thought Im going to sign up to mod for a mafia. Theme is star wars

Been thinking of doing the same. Had it not been for the (on this site at least) explosion of themed games lately I might have done. I'm not that huge SW fan that I go read comics and watch cartoons and the like. I'm more the guy that gets stuck on Wookieepedia for an hour when I'm should be doing something useful. What I like about SW is that there's been time spent on stuff that does not appear in the films. That there's alot of "around stuff". I guess that's what I like the Tolkien universe a lot and if I do any themed game now it'll be with a Lord of the Rings theme, Middle-Earth or Arda theme.

Anyway, if you want a hand co-modding it, I'll gladly help.

I grew up with 1, 2 and 3.
I honestly prefer them as a result.
4, 5 and 6 are great too, but the other three are like.. my childhood.
2 and 3 are by far my favourite episodes of the lot.

I think people have missed one list that should have been made.

4 > 5 > (1) > 2 > 3 > 6
And that is the order in which you should them. The reason Ep 1 is in brackets is because it can be skipped.

As for order of which is best, I usually place Ep 1 below the rest but the rest in no particular order. The first one is below because I think it just does not add anything. I think the order of the other five is less important. Each of them is good in a way and not that good in other ways. They also have to be seen as to when they were made. The original series were a lot more original than the prequels. Seeing those for the first time today is less special than it was seeing them for the first time in the late 70s/early 80s.

3 > 4 > 6 > 1 > Twilight > 2 > 5

It might be partially because of my political views and my belief that the Empire can only do good for the galaxy, just as long as they get their shit together and actually have leadership , rather than some dude sitting in a chair laughing like a dumbass (in otherwords, have better leaders with better structure without the Emperor and Vader). I was always rooting for the Empire, throughout all the movies. xD

Without going to political, despotism is the best government type in theory, the biggest problem with it is putting it into practice because under despotism there's no way to get the right leader at the head to make it the best.

R2D2 without C3PO is just an irritating bitch, C3PO without R2D2 is just a whiny bitch. They compliment each other very well, and they're kind of the best characters.
