    This is a scone (next to a muffin). Scones are usually triangular, and are much heavier than they look like they ought to be. They're frequently made with assorted fruit flavors (blueberry is popular). The thing Ruken identified as a biscuit is, in fact, a biscuit. Those are light and flaky and fluffy awesomeness. Cookies are not biscuits. Silly European people...
