Addon or weakaura to call out when to use cooldowns/dispels.

Hi, so i was wondering if there's such an addon or weakaura that a member of a raid can hit a button for a specific cooldown/dispel and the user that has said cooldown is notified via weakaura or addon that they should use X spell on Y person.

Iv'e been using http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-Feedback-pls! however it seems to only work for some people and not others. Some it will work just fine, some will get a lua error when someone requests a cooldown/dispel and some will just get nothing at all.

Is there something that needs to be fixed with this weakaura or an addon that exists that can do such a thing? I understand that using voice communication would be better, but some members of the raid can't talk all the time so I want to be able to cover all the bases.

Have player A whisper player B with a macro and make a WA for player B to trigger on chat event.
