After a long day of work, youve had to put up with either irate customers, asshole co workers, dickhole clients, douchebag bosses, asshat suppliers, dipshit couriers, shitbrained shipping companies. Youve had a long day youve been in a boring ass meeting, youve had to be courteous to people you dont want be. And once that magical time comes that is quitting time you leave and after the car or bus ride home youre still a little tense after the day. What do you do to unwind after a rough day?

I used to play the drums, wich did a whole lot of unwinding for me. I've switched to playing the bass but it's more or less the same thing.
I Think it's just playing/ listening to Music in general that does it for me.
And it sounds like you work in retail, OP. If it's true, i feel with you.

I take my favorite music into the bathroom with me and I take a very long, hot shower and sing along. After I find a friend and just chat for a while. Being an extrovert I already love and thrive off being around people, so chatting or hanging out with someone is super recharging to me.

I just sit down and play a game like I always do. A good easy going adventure, RPG, or hack and slash game does the job just fine.
