    If the dog had an owner, he can sue the owner. If the dog is a stray, he could sue the bus company. But this is obviously something that courts will just laugh at. Also, it's rather close to a subject of a South Park episode.

    Must be one of those "I'm mad and I'll do this knowingly with no hope to just show you how mad I am (and possibly fulfill a need for attention)" things.

    P.S. If that actually had any realty of winning, I wish the judge would then have also ruled that everyone on earth can throw pennies (and other equivalent currency) as his forehead.

    No they don't afaik. The judge determines if there is merit to pursue the case. Even if the defendants want court costs returned for his weird claims the judge couldn't legally award them more than $10k.

    Well, what he's requesting is 2x10^36 dollars. The number of atoms in the observable universe is around 10^80. The earth is made out of about 10^50 atoms.

    Btw, what he's asking for is 2 undecillion by the short scale, but we would call it 2 sextillion by the long scale.
