Are you impling that Duel Masters invented Dragons because "Hearthstone will add a Dragon family" was about as obvious a prediction as "Hearthstone will have orcs in it"
And has no connection at all to Duel Masters
Warcraft is practically infested with Dragons

Then again dragons in Warcraft are a fairly huge part of the lore and synergy between them was completely missing in HS. So don't really know how you link this to them copying from some other game. Really weird stat line on Rend Blackhand. 4 health dies to just about...everything. Flame cannon for 2 mana can get rid of it. 4/8 would be so much better for a 7 drop.
Those aggressive cards with high attack and low health only see any play if they have charge. Otherwise it just goes poof to random cheap removal card. Conditional battlecry to destroy a legendary... well, yeah. It's not like Warriors don't have 14 more legendaries. Not to mention it's useless against Sylvanas and Sneed's.
I really can't see it having any play except for Totalbiscuit's dragon gimmick deck
