Need an unbiased opinion on 2 computers

I'm looking to buy a mid-tier pc for gaming. Ive been asking a friend for help but he despises AMD so Im looking for a 2nd opinion here.

I don't know much about computers but I did do little bit of research. The 2nd one's GPU is better than the first, but the first has a better CPU than the second, right? Which one is the best deal in your opinion for running games like WoW, GW2, LoL, and maybe FFXIV?

The Intel based system. The 750Ti is slightly weaker than the 270, but only by about ~15%, whereas the Intel CPU will perform far better for MMOs and most games.

For gaming the Intel CPUs are better for now and if you upgrade your graphics card for DX11, it won't bottleneck as much. It will change with DX12, but none of the games you mentioned will support it. At least for now that is.

Between the 750 Ti and the 270 you won't notice huge differences in games at 1080P. But between the 8320 and the Core i5 4590 you will notice big differences in WoW and GW2. Stick with the Intel Nvidia machine for overall better performance, but the $100 cheaper AMD rig won't do much worse in games overall. But since you listed GW2 and WoW, those two games hate AMD CPUs.

    Listen to your friend.

The Intel setup is better for MMOs

AMD is worst than Intel for gaming in general. And every time in current MMO's.

Don't touch AMD CPUs for gaming. An AMD GPU is a fine alternative to nVidia, but the CPUs? Never ever, unless you know exactly what you're doing. Go Intel.

I'd also personally lean towards a GTX 960 build over a GTX 750ti one. This Cyberpower alternative is a similarly priced option that trades down the CPU a little to trade up to a 960. Here's comparisons of the two CPUs and GPUs between what I linked and the GTX 750ti system you linked:
