Which one of these races would you rather have exist?

Assuming your in the real world and you could either have Vrykul, Mogu or Arakkoa exist in the real world, which onw would it be? Let's just say that they wouls be located wherever the culture they're based off exists (but not replacing them) like Mogu in China, Arakkoa in India and Vrykul in Nordic Countries.

First I think Mogu are more mongolian and second, I'd pick Arakkoa since their tech involves the use of the sun in ways we never thought possible (magic might be involved yes). Mogu also have amazing tech (and magic) but they are conquering lunatics and would see the world as an enemy.

Mogu and Vrykul are taken quite verbatim from historic cultures.
I'd take arrakoa since they look a bit more original.
