Is the mount added for both US and EU WoW or only US for US and EU for EU?

Just for those confused to try and help. The mount isn't mailed, it's added straight to your mount list. There's no item to learn or anything like that.

I earned the mount today, my WoW acc is Frozen (Veteran), when I logged in just now with a lvl 4 char for free, it said that I got the achievement in the chat, but it didnt show up in the achivements tab and no mount got added to the mounts list (but this is on a lvl 4 char who cant use any mounts)
so I can only hope it will get added to the mounts when I first login with a max level char ... if not I will open a ticket to GM
