If Azaroth managed to stay the same for two expansions, I think Draenor can hold out a little longer for leveling purposes.

It's not so much that outlands needs some sort of renovation, more like mass evacuation, because it's just pieces of what was once a planet, stuck together.
How does outland even contain a breathable atmosphere for our avatars? Hard mode Outland should be just having your character's head explode from the pressure as soon as you enter the portal. Originally Posted by Respen
