    Not subbed anymore and my only leg (DH trowglaive bracer) is not nerf, but I feel seriously bad for players who no-lived farmed to get their BiS legs.
    This move just proves implementation of those legs was such a terrible idea.

    Other that that. This is a pure 33% inc in damage on Army of the Dead.

    All these legendary nerfs, woah! I wish they removed all the legendarys instead this is just annoying, when they can't keep track on what is OP or is total shit legendary But no devs like to play around and make some classes happy and some classes mad as hell, well let's hope they will learn soon by their mistakes about these legendarys

    Wtf "crazily good"...? Nerfing them from 300 to 250 brings them to the border of "is still a dmg increase".. If Blizz nerfs them under 250, you can throw them away.

    Considering that mages needed the 300% bracers to be able to do somewhat competitive ST damage just shows how stupidly bad the class is without them..

    Edit. I don't know where you're going with your rant about the bracers.. The moment, the bracers are nerfed <250% they'll become a stat stick and most likely land on the bank at a point in the future.

    Edit. 2: And no, I don't even own the bracers. I got the helmet, the damn CC ring and the stupid chest piece.. x_x

    Sephuz's is still the worst, need to nerf the others more.

    The problem remains where people's optimal performance is tied to rng in which there are still bad and good draws which eat your built up chance to get something. Just the difference now between people with good and people with bad legendaries (or lack of) will be slightly smaller. The bad experience with getting useless one and being tied to rng remains.

    well duh - christmas are in a week and after that nobody will work there till new year so if they plan to release 7.1.5 in begining of january they have to get it ready for release.
    + in most comapnies in last week before christmas majority of people dont give much f.... about work anyway since eveyrbody are preparing for typical company/corporation "christmas eve" which is a typical excuse to get drunk as f... and get laid with drunk co-workers. highly doubt blizzard is any different in this regard to most corporations.

    The reason heavy repercussions was 1.5 was cause of global cooldown. Now they nerf it to 1.0? It serves no purpose now. It needs to reduce the cooldown instead of increase duration otherwise it's pointless.

    Nobody noticed the blizzard juke of Retribution Paladin.
    Whisper of the Nathrezim - Now increases damage by 15%, down from 25% that is a nerf to the leggendary bis, BUT Retribution Paladin Increases damage/healing done by Crusader Strike, Consecration, Divine Storm, Eye for an Eye, Justicar's Vengeance, Judgment, and Zeal by 12%. Increases periodic damage/healing done by Wake of Ashes by 12%. Paladin - Retribution Spec BUT THAT IS AN ALL AROUND BUFF!!!
    I'm a semi-hardcore player and i like play the game in all of his sides. You can check both PvP and PvE, Single target and Aoe, Retardin is a really easy and op class. You can check this in the pvp rank (ladder sources) and in PvE rank (warcraftlogs source). This game is not balanced and will continue to lose players. Enjoy.

    I have terrible luck. As main warrior got, legs of earth, prydaz and sepphuz. But the question, I would like to end is...

    They said that some legendaries are overpowered and others are totally underpowered, or just pure shit. Instead of improving the the shittiest legendaries and try to balance positively, they nerf the best legendaries so any legendary is good at all.

    Blizzard if u do that, at least, please, fix some stats of the items, I mean change the ayala stone heart stats of crit for haste, that is bis(or almost bis) for every warrior spec. I don't know the rest of the classes, but these changes on legendaries seems to nerf the total dmg by a lot.
