Unforgiving elitists with negative attitudes.
People who stand outside the boss room until JUST BEFORE the pull. Even more annoying when they get locked out because they were too busy doing some non-game BS and weren't paying attention.

I'll admit that I empathize a bit with this one. I am generally pretty willing to explain boss fights to people if they're willing to listen, but it's beyond idiotic that Blizzard lets players that don't even speak the same language see each others' groups in the LFG tool. I've been seeing it lately that group leaders will just automatically reject players from Ragnaros, Azralon, Quel'thalas, Goldrinn, etc because they're South American realms and the players rarely, if ever, speak English or make any attempt to communicate with the group. It's pretty sad, but unless Blizzard gives group leaders a way to say "English only" (or whatever language), it's going to be a problem.

Yday I had a guy leave BEFORE even the boss was pulled, group was waiting for 1 healer to come from Dalaran (no warlock to summon, we were at last boss), and some mage is "what a time waste" insta drop group.
