Homeboy’s like 80. To be honest there isn’t any way he should be able to fight like he does. Just kill him off already and let Tess take the throne.

What a dumb thread. Try actually reading about the character and you might come to understand why that is.
Just another pathetic Genn hate thread.
Burning desire to avenge his son.
Because we would drown in alliance fanboys' tears. Still eludes me how exactly the old dog survived one of Sylvanas' black arrows.
While the eighty of the OP is a slight exaggeration, he does bring up a good point. Genn was mind to late 30's at the absolute youngest during the Second War, and that was 28 years ago according to wow's timeline. He's kicking 60 and shouldn't really be able to fight like he still does.
It's less about hate and more about realism, but considering your avatar I would imagine you'd perceive any argument against your idol as a personal slight.
Cheerful lack of self-preservation
Because Aragon is distantly related to Elves (his very great grandfather was Elrond's brother, who chose his human half while Elrond chose his Elven half). The insanely long lifespan of the humans of Númenor is because the blood of Elves runs - if more or less diluted - through their veins.
Genn's just a regular human turned into a werewolf. And dogs/wolves don't live as long as humans, so realistically Genn should be too old to fight.
Cheerful lack of self-preservation
Ok, I'l break it down for you, from the essence of lore.
1. His hatred for the Forsaken/sylvanas keeps him going quite a bit(prior to stormheim)
2. His a damn worgen, we have no idea lorewise how they age, Alpha Prime, https://wow.gamepedia.com/Alpha_Prime THE first worgen was still alive during wow, night elf or not his a fullbown worgen, just like genn.
3. It's warcraft, Anduin Lothar was old, really old by human non-mage standards when he died
4. If you think genn is old, then well.. alot of NPC's should not be around either then, as some of them are well old enough, to kick the bucket as it were.
