Wolves were updated in WoD - this is just a refinement of that. I wouldn't compare them to horses.

Yet we have Draenor Orcs as their name and a datamined Gorgrond_Orcs map.

Is anyone else getting the feeling Blizz just forgot what Mag'har means?

Mag'har just means uncorrupted. So really, the Draenor orcs are still Mag'har. They just didn't get there in the same path/method as our Mag'har.

It's weird, but makes sense I guess? Draenor orcs are by definition Mag'har, they just have never called themselves that.

These are more like the OG Worgs, though.

If they make one with a normal saddle and give it recolors, it could replace the lvl 20 Worg model.

I haven't got anything yet. Hopefully they haven't sent any just yet, or maybe they did and i didn't get get invited. Would imagine they send out more invite. Testing dungeons right now is a bitch since there is such a small pool of players.

I highly expect these to be in at launch. Considering we got all this stuff, then got Allied races in 7.3.5, it wouldn't surprise me if the Draenor orcs/alliance one came in 8.0

But they didn't have the term Mag'har at that point. It was used for orcs of Garadar.

It was used for all the various uncorrupted orc clans that came together in Garadar, yeah. I wouldn't be surprised if our timeline is what names them Mag'har, or it's possible they come up with the name themselves, much in the same way our timeline did. The remaining AU orcs band together, all uncorrupted, and name themselves under a new clan name.

Is that official? I was always under the impression that Mag'har meant specifically the Pox Survivors, specifically the sick village they were sent to.
