Before you bring up druids, know that the Horde has Tauren and trolls added to the existing selection of Tauren and trolls, so nothing groundbreaking there. Kultiran humans are also going to be druids. where are our paladins?

I'd be okay if Nightborne (joining the Blood Elf order) Zandalari (it's a stretch) and Night Elves became paladins. There's not many good candidates on the Horde, unfortunately.

Either way, actions don't need to be perfectly balanced in class ratio. The world isn't going to end if one faction has more of a thing than another does. Although I do really want Zandalari paladins.

You can argue that Zandalari Paladins should now be a thing in payoff for Dark Iron Shaman possibly being a thing, but we have threads for that already.

We haven't even had a confirmation on if we are getting Kul'Tiran humans as a playable race. Not to mention there is no confirmation that they would be able to play druids. Even if there are some in game in the alpha.

Factions don't need to be perfectly balanced in class ratio. The world isn't going to end if one faction has more of a thing than another does.

There's no confirmation of it, or even that Kul'tiran will be an Allied Race. It's mostly all educated guessing based on their model quality, the fact they story-wise match up with the Zandalari, and the whole "Druidic Death Magic" that is abound in Drustvar.

Yeah, I don't think of them as Tauren Paladins, rather I see them as Sunwalkers. They are just called Paladins in game for ease of mechanics, animations, addressing the player, ect.

But thats just my way of playing.

Not everything _has_ to be even for the range of classes available, would be nice, but not game breaking.

Horde has more options in that respect, for the moment. Not to mention Vulpera and Maghar Orc.

I'm pretty sure they're waiting to release more class-race combos, since we've seen Night Elf paladins and whatnot.

Yeah, the Horde desperately need a new Paladin race. Two classes is really not enough when it comes to costumisation.

I am ok with Zandalari not being paladins, but it's a huge missed oppoturnity. If not now, then when can we see new paladins?

I would be also very ok with Undead paladins, it would look cool, the lore is there and forsaken are already the best horde race anyway.

I don't really care if there is parity but if it is SO IMPORTANT, the alliance has I think 3 more priests and 3 more paladins. The horde has 2 more druids and 5 more shamans (with maghar orcs which give 11 races to horde to alliance's 10). There is no reason other than thematic reasons that Z trolls can't have paladins but my hunch is that's where the story is going while we befriend and unlock Z trolls.

True, I find it hard to believe they'd even add that bit of lore about him being dead if not to link into some other quest/event about his rebirth later though. If Blizzard didn't want troll paladins it'd be a lot easier to just keep quiet.
