I think the reason Mueller is waiting is because he wants to nail Trump with about 32 charges all at the same time. Right now he could probably easily get him on obstruction, but 1) he wants to get all the people above him too, and 2) he wants to unload so many charges at once that it can't be ignored no matter how people try to sweep it under the rug.

Either that or he's just waiting for Trump to incriminate himself further.

Well, there's also the fact (sadly a FACT at this point) that the GOP is refusing to acknowledge any collusion between Frump and Russia via their farce of a investigation.

We may need to wait until November before he shoots the orange turd himself.

Until then though there's still others he can nail. Kushner, Dumb-Dumb Junior and the Keebler Elf as well. In particular they may be focusing on the elf after what he did to MaCabe.

At some point, they're either going to have to start cooperating with the investigation, or go to jail with him. Honestly at this point everyone that still denies collusion needs to be indicted along with Trump and the rest. Send a couple hundred people to jail.

In yet another ballsy move by the Muellerman, a list of potential questions has now been provided to Team Trump, that if an interview happens, Mueller might ask Trump.

Now, we already know Mueller won't accept written responses. This is an interview, not a speech. But let's review the possible results:

    1) Trump refuses the interview.
Still the most likely result, based on his lawyers. Trump refusing the interview, even with a cheat sheet, makes him look incompetent, stupid, guilty, or all three.

    2) Trump is allowed to prepare answers, Mueller asks no follow-ups or additional questions
Highly unlikely. The point of an interview is exactly that. And Mueller is not a professional idiot.

    3) Trump is asked follow-ups and other questions, but refuses to answer any of these
See #1. Refusing to answer questions -- especially by taking the Fifth -- will be seen as guilt.

    4) Trump is aksed follow-ups and other questions, and answers them.
Trump has routinely proven incapable of speaking the truth. He's lied under oath before. He can't take a challenge to his word or his ego. And he might be senile. This is the stupidest possible result for Trump and will almost certainly end with either Trump telling Mueller something Mueller knows is a lie...or, more likely, Trump admits the truth under oath about something he's been lying about this whole time. "Yes, I knew Flynn was working with Russia. Yes, I didn't care."

Mueller has the upper hand here, so much so, that he's daring Trump to an interview by intentionally handicapping himself, knowing he'll still win. There doesn't appear to be any way for Trump to come out ahead in this. If he was 100% innocent of everything, not only was there no reason to fire Comey (in itself evidence), but he probably would have interviewed a while ago, at his lawyers' insistence. That has not happened.

Speaking of the New York AG:

Kushner Companies routinely filed false paperwork with New York officials

The Associated Press reported that the company in 2015 bought three apartment buildings in Queens.

The company, which was run at the time by White House adviser and presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner, then pushed people out and raised rents in the buildings even though many of the tenants were protected by rules that said developers couldn't raise rents or push them out to create a profit, according to the news service.

Kushner Cos. sold the buildings two years later for nearly double the price it paid to buy them, the AP reported.
The AP reported that the company often filed paperwork with New York City saying it didn't have any rent-regulated tenants in the buildings it owned.

But, according to the AP, it had hundreds of rent-regulated tenants across the city.

"It's bare-faced greed," said Aaron Carr, founder of Housing Rights Initiative, a tenants' rights watchdog that compiled the work permit documents and gave them to The Associated Press.

"The fact that the company was falsifying all these applications with the government shows a sordid attempt to avert accountability and get a rapid return on its investment."

Kushner Cos. said in a statement that if there are "mistakes or violations" in its documents, "corrective action is taken immediately." The company said that third parties are responsible for putting together such documents, which are then looked at by an independent counsel.

"Kushner would never deny any tenant their due-process rights," Kushner Cos. told the AP.

It also said it "has renovated thousands of apartments and developments with minimal complaints over the past 30 years."

The Housing Rights Initiative said there were at least 80 false applications filed by the Kushner Cos. for construction permits from 2013 to 2016. The applications were most often signed by an employee of Kushner, according to the AP.
Wow. That's a lot of bad filling out of required legal paperwork. No wonder he can't get a security clearance.

I mean, holyshit... could you even imagine the furor from the Dump Supporters that would've happen if a Democrats' lawyer (particularly Hillary or Obama) called for an investigation into them (one that has produced guilty pleas and solid results) to end!? >_<

It still shows how much of a knife-edge we're on with our Gov ATM. We're literally challenging our entire due-process system and undermining our decades of established justice system soley in favor of not making a Dumbfuck they elected look worse than he already does! =/
Anyone that's trying to stop the investigation now needs to be indicted right along with Trump as the traitors they are. Trying to end the investigation means putting the interests of Russia ahead of the US - that's treason. I know treason has a very high bar to prove in the US so it might not come to that but they need to be in jail.

Sean Hannity directly advises Trump not to fire Mueller.

Fox News host Sean Hannity said early Monday that "there's not going to be any firing of [Robert] Mueller" while recommending that it would be in the president's best interest "not to comment" on the special counsel's investigation into Russian meddling in the presidential election.

“What do you make of Robert Mueller and the suggestion that the president is about to fire him?” "Fox & Friends" host Steve Doocy asked Hannity, an openly staunch supporter of President Trump who rarely appears on the network's morning program. “You don’t think that’s a good idea, do you?”

"The president didn't say he was going to fire him. This is the fake news media doing what they do best," Hannity replied. "The president made a comment, and maybe if I was advising the president I’d say, 'Let this investigation go forward. We’re probably coming to the end of it, if I had to render a guess. And it would be in his best interest probably not to comment.”
"Okay, but how do you know Trump saw that?"

Besides it being Hannity, on FOX News?

    "Yes."

    Because he tweeted about it.

Mueller requests Trump Organization documents. Trump goes on twitter rage about Mueller.

Seems asking for those documents was the right call.

What's crazy is that Trump will listen to him, not that it isn't decent advice, but at this point we kind of want Trump to fire Mueller just so we finally have that "smoking gun" we've wanted to end this and get to the fun stuff.
