Nothing, ain't no one got time for that.
Lunch is my breakfast.
A bun (not a sweet one) with cream cheese, a piece of fruit if I find one.
Sometimes two when I know its some time until the next meal.
Im not sure though if the time I breakfast qualifies as morning for most people.
I dont eat until noon, then I have a shake filled with healthy goodness.

I really try to eat something within 30 minutes of getting up.
I'm usually way too groggy to cook something, so a banana or an orange is usually what I have.

Every morning I eat a bean and cheese burrito from a local Mexican spot, and the only reason I do is because it's 4 hours from the start of work until lunch.
I'll starve if I don't eat something. But I'd much rather work for a couple hours and then eat when I'm actually hungry.

Butter coffee with added fiber and protein powder. (Coffee + 2tablespoons of MCT oil, 2 tables of grassfed unsalted butter, 1/4 scoop protein, 2 teaspoons fiber, blend).
Doing Keto diet
So usually just Bacon & eggs... sometimes add some Kale
No Bread
Usually just a banana or some breakfast cereal biscuits (Belvita).
If I have time, I drink a glass of orange juice. I bring a cereal bar at work which I eat at about 9:30~ so that I don't get hungry until 11:30. Works everytime except the time when I forget to eat it...Then I have this annoying starving feeling.

It's funny, though. Since the removal of my thyroid, I've had to take medicine that requires no eating for 30 minutes after waking up and taking it. I always lose track of time.
People who skip breakfast are usually late night eaters.
