I don't think you understand the definition of "hot take".
All I'm doing is proclaiming how silly it is some dude on a message board is proclaiming some huge amount of resources are being used to port Diablo 3 to the Switch(when it was already a PS3/360 game and probably an easy as hell port) or that it's sales wouldn't be meaningful when old ports continue to sell well on the Switch.
It's a port many Switch owners will want and buy, and it's not a hard port job by any means. It's a no brainer. Arguing otherwise is the definition of a "hot take".
All the flavors in the world and you choose to be wrong... just funny.
It will barely be helped whatsoever. The game gets barebones support as is. This is just a way to cash in on it. Especially at full price for a 6 year old game.
And most of the Blizzard games on Nintendo platforms 15 years ago were just a couple of GBA ports of SNES games. Such as TLV and Blackthorne.
The last true one was Starcraft 64.
That's... a great idea, actually. I mean, it's on iPads, why not the Switch too?
Pretty sure $60 isn't full price for a base game + expansion + Necromancer, though it is still a rip-off considering you can get all that for $45 on PC.
I forgot, claiming "resources" for other projects are being used on this or that it won't sell well is meaningful.
Sorry about that...
Oh wait, actually your post was the exact opposite of meaningful?
I guess still...
Sorry about that...
Unless you can back up any of your other claims, you can move along if you don't want to have that debate.
I once ate so many pizza pringles as a kid, I threw up all over the house.
I will still gladly eat them though.
As for Diablo 3, honestly I'd probably still pick it up. It's a fun enough game to boot up for a week or two and then stop for a few months to go back to it, but when I'm on my PC I'd just rather play WoW or Overwatch, so D3 gets pushed to the side.
