Those traits do not exactly work only in Uldir though, they have 2 effects, of which one only works in Uldir. So basicly you get a trait working everywhere, with a extra proc that only works in Uldir.

Example:

Laser Matrix - Your spells and abilities have a chance to release a barrage of lasers, dealing 770 Arcane damage split among all enemies and restoring 308 health split among injured allies. Enables Reorigination Array within Uldir.

The laser matrix part works everywhere, the reorigination array part onlyu activated in Uldir.

Calling this equal, or even near, arcano crystal is just asinine. Arcano plagued the game throughout the whole expansion (less so during antorus). This will barely have any effect for ... what ... a couple weeks at most?

I am pretty sure that without the reorgination array part working which gives you passive secondary stats, those traits are not good.

even doing m10s you are still not guaranteed to even get an azerite item, and when you get it it could be completely useless due to traits being more important than ilvl or by repeatedly getting it for the same slot.

370 azerite items with BiS trait will stay relevant for a long time, for the entire tier most likely.

Wild theory I know but it's almost like different Azerite gear is supposed to have use in varying scenarios, or are you really walking round with your "bis" list.

Dependings on your class BiS is flat BiS regardless of the situation. Some traits step up a bit more, but the barely better DPS they provide over the established BiS isn't worth it once those traits get used outside of their niche. Basically I can use BiS ST traits and do 15k ST and 17K Multi or I can use BiS AOE and do 18K Multi and 12K ST.
It's really not even a choice.

I never said anything about boosted lvl did you even read what I wrote really? haha I was talking about the RNG factor of the game nothing about boosted item lvl or anything like that I am talking about THE RNG PART OF THE GAME.

The difference of someone getting 30g and 500ap and another guy getting two 370 Azerite Pieces is just a total joke.

You can't even farm M+ to make up for this as Azerite pieces can only be in the weekly chest.

This is 10x worse than putting a BiS trinket on a World Boss loottable as they did in Legion.

Doesn't the world boss drop 355 loot? Since azerite armor can't titanforge, I'm wondering if mmo-c has wrong information on their front page. If they drop 355, I won't waste a bonus roll, but if they really drop 370, maybe I will...

The world bosses in Kul'Tiras and Zandalar drop 355, but the "warfront-related" world boss in Arathi drops 370.

He's not complaining he got no loot, it's because when he got Gold, or AP it doesn't even come close to how valuable a 370 item is, do you honestly think 33 gold is acceptable when compared to 370? When a re roll cost you 2k or 7k gold?


They should at least up the gold reward and AP award.

Why expect your BIS item to drop on first week of world boss then ? Why do you need the top gear ? To be the LFR hero ?

The issue OP is bringing up isnt one of RNG, it's that a world boss is dropping 370 loot, which is higher than a normal raid.
