it will matter because it's a CHANCE of 340 gear after 2 weeks while 340 gear won't even be relevant anymore
while you get the same stuff in 1 day of arena

Horde had the scenario when the expansion was a few weeks fresher, and easy 340's were useful for gearing alts -- with no ilvl requirement. When Alliance gets it, the 340 loot will already be largely irrelevant, so they'll all run it one time for the quick 370 reward, and then it will become a ghost town. Great design.

uhh no its not a chance at 340 gear
its garunteed 370 gear
and a chance at 340 gear... EVERY WARFRONT YOU DO
and you can do TONS of them.

Warfront should only be 2-3days and only take 2 days to fill up.

What a long time to wait to feel varied degrees of disappointment. I was a Orc main back in the early 2000's. WC3 was a huge part of my highschool years and activity with friends. So when I saw the warfront firsthand I was barraged with nostalgia and it was great..... until I couldn't keep shaking the feeling that something is missing. Or perhaps felt hollow. You'll have fun the first time though. I scratch my head wondering why this was a promoted feature in the expansion though.

But yeah that's a long time to gate something that is so ridiculously lucrative. I feel like the faction bias has never been more obvious than in BfA, and that's saying a lot. As long as something doesn't mess with their precious world first race, Blizzard doesn't give a shit how much the game is going to favor one side over the other.

warfronts should just be like wintergrasp

- every 2-3 hours a battle
- battle takes like 30 minutes
- both sides participate in PvP
- if you win, you unlock the world boss and quests who are on a weekly lockout
- rares are always up, also weekly lockout

Can’t Q unless you’re 320 now and the gear will be worthless to most alliance players by the time they can do it.

I am fine with waiting but it is a bit lame that the level restriction was slapped in there before we got a go. I have characters I would have liked to have geared up in a hurry but I guess I'll have to do it the slow way.
