There was an active shooter emergency at the school I work for. Turns out it wasn't true, but swat teams were there. Good thing I took the day off as I would have been there when the cops were there and wouldn't have been able to get in the building for hours.

Nickelodeon has this new kids show called "Corn & Peg", which I can only call one of the earlier generations of MLP, where all they are doing is "doing good deeds" and that's it, and stars a bunch of the usual unicorns, horses/ponies, pegasus, and even an alicorn.
I'm trying to wonder why they decided to do this just as the MLP stuff is dying down.

Getting a little sick of these "only 3 people for a whole building" thing that's been going on at work. It's like the 7th or 8th time in slightly over two weeks of work. My feet kill me at the end of it each time. The two girls that keep calling off in my building will easily lose their job at this rate if they keep doing it.
