Calia new leader of the forsaken?

So that's what I thought when I saw the epilogue of the alliance that she will give hope to them.

the factions are going to dissolve in any way

the dialogues of the forsaken in orgrimmar clearly indicate that an important change is being prepared for the race
Forsaken Refugee: How could Sylvanas abandon us like this?

Forsaken Refugee: She's never been loyal to the Horde.

Forsaken Refugee: No, not the Horde. Us. The forsaken. We're her people.

    Forsaken Refugee: Not anymore

Orgrimmar Grunt: You must be saddened to see Sylvanas leave.

Forsaken Refugee: Why? Because I'm Forsaken? Did you shed tears for Garrosh because you're an orc?

Orgrimmar Grunt: No... I shed tears because he brought shame to us all.

Based on the brief quest you get from Voss after the close of the faction war, it does indeed seem to be the way it's going, yes. Basically both Jaina and Derek exhort Calia to minister to the Forsaken, to give them the hope that Calia had apparently given to Derek in helping him deal with the transition to undeath.
"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

So most of the apothecary society would be probably banished, executed or forbidden to do what they want destroy huge part of forsaken power structure and lore, As Calia wouldn't agree with their experiments.

This is probably the most disgusting outcome possible.

I am not sure how I feel about it, either. Though it seems like Voss doesn't intend for this to remain the status quo, either; so possible there is some form of alteration between those two upcoming? Difficult to say.

That is the unification way, yes. The people who wanted the Forsaken to die can rejoice, as Blizzard just butchered the race.

Of course she is. The Forsaken will be reforged in the Light of our master, Anduin. Suffer not those who are against the Unifaction to live.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.

Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Hey look, the chances the Forsaken get utterly destroyed as anything interesting grows larger.

Lilian. Lilian is the new leader of the Forsaken. Why would for the Forsaken want the sister of the guy who genocided them as their leader?

Seriously, we need to create something like unifaction survival guide. So far only safe spaces I see is becoming a miserable night elf fan or rolling a Mag'har and pretending like you don't know what's going on.

No can do. Saa'ra will just resurrect your character as an even bigger travesty, a Lightforged undead.

Man, the wailing and gnashing of teeth has been great today. Good time to be in the salt business.

Hell no. Who would want the single most asspulled character ever as a faction leader?

At least they can still be called Forsaken. Sylvanas has forsaken them.
