I dont know which planet you re living on but after watching the entire story and conclusion of bfa you cannot possibly think the faction barrier will stay. The factions will remain as flavor and for gameplay reasons (battlegrounds, warmode etc) but I m pretty sure come next expac you ll be able to group with everyone.

theoretically there would be no problem to people group up with other faction to do content if they have warmode off, in the world or some instanced content
the problem is if they bring that shit into the lore, making a lame unification where factions and races will not matter anymore, just the ones blizz want to give spotlight at time and that almost mean just humans and elves.
Sylvanas has an exchange with loyalist players that basically states the Forsaken have already changed and that she expects them to throw their lot in with with a leader like Calia. She doesn't mention her by name, she just states that the Forsaken aren't really the way they were and have settled into finding a new life as opposed to being perpetually pissed off about their unfair treatment by everyone.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.
Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.
i see absolutely no reason to change one so fundamental pillar of warcraft franchise, we will have truce to face the Nzoth, as we always had when there was a bigger threat, and thats it...
but since you seem to be so all knowing, please, enlighten me why you think it will happen differently?
The books and other small bits of lore have been pointing at this. But I agree, there wasn't much ingame to show this change. I don't even think Calia is really mentioned at all Horde side, which is probably good they didn't just trot her out at Saurfangs funeral like here is a great white alliance hope.
Why all the negativity? Calia has a huge rack. I vote boobs!
I mean, Calia!
