I don't think time travel will be part of the main plot but if Bolvar is mad at the aspects for cursing him with eternal life that gives Blizzard an excuse to do more caverns of time content. And even the Dragon Isles raid they've wanted forever.

All our characters are clinically depressed. Sylvanas is depressed. Bolvar hates being alive. Genn is sad his son is dead. Anduin is depressed because he's a bad king. Tyrande has survivors guilt. Its all just miserable people. And I love it.
