Yes, that's an insane interpretation. I never expected his surgery reports because that's such a deranged concept that it never entered my mind that that's what he meant. She didn't "attack bloomberg". She used him as a counterpoint to show that Sanders isn't the only one with heart issues, they are common and not as serious as people think. He misspoke and said heart attack. Who cares?
