Transmog question

I have a DK and I'm currently in the last stage of completing Shadowmourne on him.

For Shadowlands I plan on leveling a new DK, just to try out the new leveling experience, and because I want a different race and don't wanna pay for a race change.

Will I be able to transmog Shadowmourne on the new DK?

Yes, I have it on my Paladin who used to be my main back in the WotLk days, and am able to mog it on my DK and Warrior.

Yes you will! I unlocked Shadowmourne on my DK in Wrath and I can mog it on my Warrior and Paladin!
