I love pizza. I have to: I am American. But not just Americans have to love pizza. Anyone can love pizza. Pizza is one of the most popular foods in the world. What's your favorite type of pizza? Best toppings to go on a pizza? What's the most weird type of pizzas you've eaten? I want to know!

Let's talk about all things pizza!

(of course, my favorite topping is pepperoni but i also love pineapple, sausage, and ham and even just plain cheese pizza!)

As long as it's got cheese stuffed tiger bread crust I don't really mind what's on it...except pineapple of course....

I usually get a Hawaiian, plain pepperoni, or some meat combo. Sometimes I do a sausage and mushroom.

I typically order Pizza with;

- Sausage stuffed crust
- Jalapenos
- Minced meat
- Meatballs
- Spiced Ham
- Pepperonis
- Red onions
- South Carolina or Chipotle drizzle over it

Only toping I'd give a hard no to is onion, but that's just in general. I really dislike onions.

2) jalapeno, pineapple, red pepper, ham

I am down for other toppings though. Just not sweet fruits. Which is not ill will toward cooked pineapple as I imagine most of this thread will go concerning the aberration of pineapple on pizza. I love pineapple in general and most especially grilled pineapple.

Fruit with a strong flavor ruins everything about great pizza. In fact, most strong cheeses are ruinous as well- especially when used in abundance or combination. Finishing a pizza off with a nice layer of salty/nutty cheese is fine given moz's almost complete lack of flavor. But slapping provolone, gruyere, mozzarella, and cheddar is fucking stupid and a total disrespect to everything on the pizza and those eating it.

Regular pizza is fucking boring, and most pizza sauces are shit. But god bless a good one.

Taco Pizza: Thin crispy crust, layer of salsa, taco seasoned ground beef and pork, onions, jalapeños topped with a three cheese blend. You bake this portion and you top it with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar (all cold).

Gorgon Chicken: I take the crust and put a layer of a sweet fig pesto down. Roasted chicken, red peppers, tomatoes. Sautéed purple onions. Crumble your preferred gorgonzola over the top. Red pepper flakes.

Pizza Hut was my childhood. Dominos was around but we ordered delivery from Pizza Hut more times than Dominos.

I should have added a stuffed crust option. I'm not sure when I fell in love with it but consider it to be the best part of a pizza! Who doesn't love pizza crust stuffed with cheese?
