This is not my opinion but i want to ask if we had some changes, would you like hunters to not be able to top dps with 1 button?

No, I don’t think a class tuning is appropriate for TBC Classic. There will always be outliers. If it’s not BM Hunters as steady shot bots it’ll be Warlocks wearing out their SB key.
"Oh no, let's nerf Hunter in TBC despite Warriors being bonkers ass good for all of Classic, oh noooooo" /s
Let's be real, the macro is nice but you can still do a proper steady shot rotation without it. Will it encourage you to use a swing timer? Probably but who cares, TBC won't be all that hard anyway.
I don't want to spoil anyone on Classic WoW... but...
There is going to be a class that is #1 on DPS. Pressing the most buttons doesn't equate to the #1 DPS class also.
Just accept there is going to be a #1 DPS class... and #1 healer and #1 tank.
Class tuning is the definition of a slippery slope change.
So BM is nerfed, now Warlocks are top DPS, nerf them too.
But now Mages are on top, nerf them too.
And so on and so on until we're left with Retail classes.
FFXIV - Maduin (Dynamis DC)
Can't wait until warglaive Rogues hit the scene, the tears will be real.
Just like mages top meters with fireball or Warlocks with Shadowbolt, 1 button.
I don't think it's a slippery slope if they have to do tuning for PVP specific things for example if people were okay with that but anything PVE ruins how the experience was I think for the most part. Also some of the fun is finding new solutions for classes that can actually perform decent DPS if not top the meters with the right items potions and whatnot. Even back then people followed the meta but some specs can actually top The meters against some of the other DPS with the right setup.
