I actually told someone I was watching the game with "they can take comfort in knowing they won't do as bad as Japan" and then they somehow manage to actually do worse. its amazing.

It also has something to do with the players. Xavi and Iniesta in their prime were just in a league of their own in terms of passing, where they could break defenses, these Spaniards can't against better defensive teams. Originally Posted by Hansworst

I want England vs Portugal in the Semis, get revenge for '04 and '06.
Argentina in the final against England would be tasty, but I don't see them getting past Brazil.
