With the World being effected by the cataclysm wouldn't Pandaria be some how effected too? This is good chance for Blizz to add the races island and make them a dailys quest hub. Lets face it the fans wants Pandaren so why doesn't Blizz give us what we want!! lol

Northrend isnt being affected, so Pandaria can be implemented in the future with no cata changes to it

Also to the guy saying Northrend isn't affected, we don't know that. they said they wouldn't change anything in Outlands yet the hordes got fel orcs. On top of that just because it doesn't change on catas release doesn't mean it won't ever change (Northrend and Outlands are said to be in the past time line wise in Cata)

As for the op, I doubt we will see Pandaria at the launch of Cataclysm, its something they could tie to the Cataclysm but thats a content patch if anything. (the daily hub is Tol'barad)

What? Northrend is still a content on the planet of Azeroth. It's still there. It doesn't vanish when Arthas is killed.

Also, the expansion is the current timeline of the warcraft universe. The timeline is literally WC1>WC2>WC3>WOW>TBC>WOTLK (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/story/timeline.html). So, where does the whole northrend takes place in the past thing come from? Did I miss something?

Pandaren are awesome.Why are you against it?It has lots of potential with showing asian myth,honor,weapons,etc.We have only seen one pandaren.Describing entire race on that is like saying all tauren are like gamon.

Uh...the Chinese have very little to do with the end of the pandas. Pandas are an unfit species; left to their own devices, they will only eat bamboo, which provides so little nutritional benefit they have to eat almost nonstop. They also will not mate with one another on any consistent basis, which doesn't exactly help the species' longevity. As cute as they are, they are a species that should have disappeared years ago through the process of natural selection, but because of their cuteness, human beings have kept them around.

Actually Blizz did state they don't have the resources to overhaul Outlands and Northrend and you will have to suspend your disbelief when you do go in Outlands and Northrend.

Because that one Pandaren is what the players asking for Pandaren want them to be like.

I'd love to see Asian myth, honor, etc. but not if it comes packaged in such an obnoxiously lame race.
