I totally agree, I would play a Pokemon MMO in a heartbeat.

As would I. I can only imagine the trade chat though.

Well in the show they had them on a big metal ship and since Toph is the only one who can metal bend (she couldn't even do it at that time and she hadn't even been introduced) it actually made sense and wasn't a plot hole.

IF you ever watched and enjoyed the original cartoon I would only recommend watching the movie if you can do it for free and if you feel like dieing a little inside.

Also, I'm so ready for the Legend of Korra, whenever it actually airs anyway.

I had forgotten about metal ships and the water. Korra is supposed to be out this year at some point from what I hear.

I love how the bending evolved into more complex styles.

Water -> Blood
Earth -> Metal
Fire -> Lightning

And it made perfect sense. All of them were still technically within the realm of their elements.

It definitely was very awesome. I would have to imagine that if their was an evil air bender they could take the oxygen out of someones body and suffocate them.

1) As much as I agree with the overall view of the movie... I loved the battle scene at the end.

2) A part of me wants them to do the movie over again, just to fix all the shit they broke.

They had initially planned to do all the books, but I bet that won't happen. Then again Avatar would be one of those series that need two movies per book or at least a 2 hour movie per each one to accomplish a lot of the story.

A reboot would definitely be needed.

Imo, a pokemon mmo would either be amazing or absolute garbage, depending on how it's executed, I see very little room for a middle ground. Korra is supposed to come out this year, but sadly a release date has yet to be released. Also, I agree that the advanced bending styles were awesome, though I think water got the most out of it, and of course, air got the least.

Last I checked monks only had to be lawful, which includes lawful good and lawful evil.

Oh definitely, the only middle ground for a pokemon MMO would be to literally just have a normal game that you can see other people in, but if done the way the show is then their is very little to no middle ground for it. It would need to be executed perfectly or at least very originally to be good.

Still can't wait for Korra though, it looks to be amazing.

Air did get the shaft on the evolution, although actually flying probably would be it's further evolution.
