Cancelled SWTOR yet?

Hi,

i recently cancelled my swtor sub, and i was wondering how many of you were doing/did the same thing.

Reasons:
- no motivation to log in
- enjoy only class quests
- looking for flashpoints is a pain in the ass (i actually managed to LF a group for 2 days)
- there is no CC needed anywhere (maybe lvl 50 content, havent exp that)
- i can tank as dps
- bugs
- slow combat
- ..

This thread will probs get locked as talking about anything that doesn't make the game sound amazing is bad.

I canceled yesterday, i just don't have that feeling that makes me want to play it, who knows i might have given it a longer try but i don't want to be paying for two mmos especially when i'm not really enjoying the game. Each to their own though.

This game is a complete joke. While I can say it's a nice change of pace from what's out there currently, it's just plain dull. I cancelled and don't plan on ever going back.

I didn't really like feel, the way the characters move, I didn't really like the instances, having to listen to the quests everytime u did it with someone new, just not really my cap of tea, sadly .

I've actually decided to try a friends account before buying the game (since he already quit after pre-ordering it) and I have to say the leveling is actually something I do when bored with WoW. Not the other way around. I can't see myself buying the game. I might hear alot of crap, but there are stories that really concern me. I'll try to hit 50 on my friends account before it runs out and give it my final decision by judging on it myself. I really cant see myself paying for it though.

So I kinda wanted to participate in this thread and wanted to use the poll as well, but I cant seem to find the "The game is amazing and I dont plan to cancel" option.

Right now i LOVE THE STORY and will not cancel it until i've seen every classes, but the GAME part of TOR itself, not sure yet.

I havent even sub SWTOR yet, and I won't until the ability responsiveness bug is fixed.

This shit is what causes my marauder to stay away from PvP as much as possible, it literally is the most gimped sub-class because of it, i don't have enough fingers to count how many times this bs caused me to ruin rotations.

Nice leading poll there, carefully omitting any option along the lines of "no, i'm enjoying the game".

I'd be interested in seeing people's rationale behind decisions to quit as well.

If the thread gets locked, its cause there was no reason to make it. It will only build flames, I dont even play SWOTR but could care less if people are canceling especially if just saying yep canceled. Now maybe if the people gave details of what caused them to quit it would stop the flames that are surely to end up in this post.

May want to quit playing mmo's like fps . The ride is intended to be entertaining as well NOT just the level cap.

Well, perhaps I am a bit simple minded, I have fun with game, I think it is probably the combat abilities mostly, It is also a great single-player game, its just elements that should be making it an MMO aren't strong. A major hole I find in the game is the linear storyline, on my second playthrough now, I find myself trying to avoid doing as many side missions as I can because I am tired of them. As well as another issue in this linear storyline...you can't fail. There is no cost for failure, no consequences. You just rez and trying to kill the boss again for your class mission. So...my girlfriend hates it...she says the game pisses her off, no doubt she will stop playing soon.

OFC I cancelled, this is yet another bad movie adaptation. Class quests are fun, but the gameplay is just rubbish.
