Totalbiscuit is the only one I know of these 4. I remember hearing about him in the classic WoW days, almost 10 years ago.. maybe it was 10 years ago. I usually can't stand most youtube type personalities but his content isn't bad.

The other 3, I don't know shit about and nothing about them from what I've seen makes me want to know more.

I knew TB at least when GW2 was in beta, to my shame I will also admit that up until now i though TB was just an alias used by JesseCox..

I watch several different youtubers for a variety of reasons, and I assume they're flawed mortals who I can disagree with while also enjoying most of the content they make, I don't see why anyone would -hate- any of these people.

Not liking someone's "content" and wishing ill fates upon someone or insulting their voice is not the same thing. No one stands an arrogant idiot who thinks he is entitled to insult other people. Why do people have to tolerate not only rude, but also borderline idiotic behaviour?
