Are Evokers getting a new spec?

So it seems that Teriz was somewhat right. From "It's a tank! a support spec would never work!!" to "It's a support spec". I guess even if you guess, you are correct sometimes. Now just for Teriz to admit they know as much as we do, and show some humility. Then we're set!

For real though, really happy to see this result. It feels like I said before in this topic. A bard/dancer like spec from FFXIV. DPS with some buffing abilities. I love it, especially since a good support evoker will make a difference over a mediocre one. (Since the buff uptime depends on how well the evoker plays)

tbf.. Teriz is just stretching the truth. Because if we follow the logic of "omg boss ability become player abilities!" and "This NPC is 100% truth and will be the blueprint for the new spec". Why did we never get a void hunter spec with Alleria? So many custom abilities, assets etc. And nothing for players.

Absolutely nobody here is arguing that a third spec is never happening. Most people are just tempering their hype level by saying "We have no idea what blizzard is doing", which is the only correct truth. Unlike what Teriz and other people keep claiming.

So unless the third spec happens, it's scrapped. It's that simple right? Or does that logic suddenly magically change for the evoker narrative?

So you admit it doesn't exist at this moment, and anything you do is just wishful thinking? Well, that's a first step. More than we ever got with the Tinker madness.

Seeing this storyline, the RP that happens throughout the story campaign in the Zaralek caverns and the RP that happens within the Aberrus raid, it becomes more than clear that a third spec based on black dragonflight magic is not coming, much less one focus on "augmentation"..

Aucald, it might be best to close this thread and start a new one specifically about the new spec. This one has run its course IMO.

I have the feeling we are getting closer to the 4th Specc though now.

Lets think about it, why do the have the ability to wield 2h weapons like swords and axes?
Why do they not have void abilities even though 99% of Deathwings creations do

I think they pre planned this since Legion and the new raid finalized it. First we have Sinestra whisper from the shadows in Legion and now void corrupted endboss???

TWILLIGHT EVOKER SPECC is basically confirmed to come this expansion as a MEELE specc
