[Justified Lunacy]

Being new here and just hearing and seeing things I might be a little off base. BUT, I figured I'd give it a shot why the heck not right?

I want to start a new thread, something everyone would enjoy. Or at least people wanting to RP would enjoy. So I'm looking for ideas to encorporate into this new thread. Looking for the kinds of ideas you all like playing.

I have to admit I am very lacking on my up to date wowlore ( ) so I'm not sure if I could make a really solid one pertaining to that. But I am good at making ideas and continueing to run with them. Though I must admit most of my RP's and storys are just tailored to a 2 person roleplay. Hense why I'm looking for ideas, etc.

So yeah go for it! Here or PM me I don't mind... trying to get my brain rolling.

Hmm...not good on lore, looking for big rp...you're me in disguise and I don't know it!
But I was talking with rpers on irc a while ago, I had the ideas of a town or a prison
The town - theres soldiers, cooks, lots of stuff
The prison - interesting stories, going about their day, fights, escape?

Now that I'm back, I'll post up my RP idea.


The main concept is that of a planet wide RP. It will occur in multiple threads, as we advance stages, and regions upon this planet. The time that this will occur is that after the Cataclysm. The existing threats to Azeroth have been averted, yet the Horde and Alliance still have bitter hatred for each other. The planet in question, would be Argus. This can host a wide range of roleplayers, as a result.

First Stage - The Journey:
Gateways have been opened upon the desolate and unstable world of Draenor. The gateways lead to Argus, and it sends those travelling through to the isolated mountains of Kaarinos. Upon arrival, basecamps have been set up by both the Alliance and Horde, both racing to capture the most important city upon this world: Mac'Aree, the capital of the Eredar. The mountains themselves lack the presence of the Legion itself, yet the corruption has weaved itself through the wildlife. Now crazed, the local animals are merciless.

The Alliance forces upon Argus are named The Silver Reclaimation, and the Horde is named Hellscream's Resolute. The Alliance is led by Velen, and the Horde is naturally led by Garrosh Hellscream. The Draenei and Alliance seek to reclaim their homeworld, whereas the Horde and the Orcs seek to act revenge upon the Legion itself. Yet, the planet is not only visited by the Horde and Alliance. Neutral factions have also come to Argus, namely the Sha'tar (Legion, of course!), Consortium (Profit!), Cenarion Expedition (Investigating the animals and plants!), however, still there are many other nameless, neutral factions (Your faction?).

Second Stage - The Plight of the Legion:
As both the Horde and Alliance, as well as those who are neutral, go further against the denizens of the planet, their bases expand out of the Kaarinos mountains towards more corrupted regions. Multiple outposts have been set up, yet the Alliance and Horde are venturing into different directions. Both will encounter fearsome entities, and multiple Roleplayers will need to band together to defeat these. Further exploration will lead to even more endless waves of demons, as your presence has become known upon their world. They will stop at nothing to eradicate you.
