So the rate of death is REALLY low.
Since we can't call out Trolls and Bad Faith posters and the Ignore function doesn't actually ignore it. Add
    "mmo-champion.com##li.postbitignored"
to your ublock or adblock filter to actually ignore ignored posters. Now just need a way to ignore responses to them as well.

Eyyy, Florida's Sanctuary City ban is gone. Guess why?

Because it was racist as shit and was crafted in-part by anti-immigrant hate groups. That's not me saying that -

“Allowing anti-immigrant hate groups that overtly promote xenophobic, nationalist, racist ideologies to be intimately involved in a bill’s legislative process is a significant departure from procedural norms,” Bloom wrote. “This involvement strongly suggests that the Legislature enacted SB 168 to promote and ratify the racist views of these advocacy groups.”

"These discriminatory motives are made evident from the historical and ongoing pattern of racial discrimination by law enforcement and the growing reliance on an immigrant threat narrative to justify the enactment of anti-immigrant legislation across the nation," the judge wrote.
Now it wasn't a total loss for DeSantis, local law enforcement must comply with ICE requests to detain folks.

DeSantis is appealing this, because I imagine he's more upset at the implication that he's a racist than he is for any policy reason.

He just wants to keep his Big Lie in the news cycle. He has to go to states that have GoP leadership in order to get something like this done, and you know what they say about Texas: Everything Lie is Bigger in Texas!

It's not about actually overturning the 2020 election anymore (if it ever was).

I think it still is ... they are trying to normalize audits in EVERY state, to help put pressure on those particular states they are interested in.
"See, it's not a partisan thing at all, we are auditing states we know we won! It's about election integrity!"

@PhaelixWW is correct. He doesn't want a recount. He might want people to think every vote is rigged. But I think it's just a public excuse to change the rules to make it harder for brown people to vote. Abbott's also being ruined in the polls because of all the death he caused, and won't need much of an excuse to launch a taxpayer-funded distraction.

But she paid them back quickly! I mean, she just couldn't afford to make those payments on her own, what with her husbands undisclosed 6-figure income from his work in the energy sector.

Kayleigh McEnany deletes tweet blaming Biden for a 2020 spike in murders that occurred under Trump

Former White House press secretary and Fox News contributor Kayleigh McEnany deleted a tweet blaming President Joe Biden for a spike in U.S. murders that occurred under her former boss, then-President Donald Trump.

As CNN's Brian Stelter noted, McEnany quote-tweeted a post Thursday morning from Axios reporter Lachlan Markay that highlighted a New York Times graphic showing a significant surge in the number of US murders in 2020 to her 1.1 million followers.

She wrote: "The U.S. murder rate under Joe Biden..." about the graphic before deleting the tweet, presumably after realizing that Trump was president that year.

To be honest there isn't that many dead children (thankfully) but there is a hell of a lot of orphans and newly created one parent households with 3+ kids. Shows how much they care about their children that they put their politics above making sure they are there to raise them. Party of family values my ass.

Seems like she did, in fact, get tired of winning. Dead tired.

I laughed but like...man, that's the exact opposite reaction of the first experience for literally everyone I know.

Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, former communications official Dan Scavino, former Defense Department official Kash Patel, and former Trump advisor Steve Bannon were all in touch "with the White House on or in the days leading up to the January 6th insurrection," the committee said in a release.

“The Select Committee is investigating the facts, circumstances, and causes of the January 6th attack and issues relating to the peaceful transfer of power, in order to identify and evaluate lessons learned and to recommend to the House and its relevant committees corrective laws, policies, procedures, rules, or regulations,” Chairman Thompson, wrote in the press release.

All four have until Oct. 7 to turn over requested documents. Patel and Bannon are instructed to appear before the committee on Oct 14, followed by Meadows and Scavino on Oct. 15.
I'm sure he'll be happy to talk about his crib strangling under oath. Hey, aren't Trumpers supposed to be pro-life? Who makes that kind of analogy when they're pro-life?

Are they gonna fish him outta some dingy bar? I hope they force him to shower first. Apparently, believe it or not, he's even more gross in person than he looks in pictures/videos.

Which as I posted, is false, since the murder rate is up 25% plus pretty much coast to coast. Trump was in charge of the federal executive branch. He basically oversaw that, and yes, I blame him for the atmosphere of sickness and hatred he personally cultivated.
