I think it still is ... they are trying to normalize audits in EVERY state, to help put pressure on those particular states they are interested in.

@PhaelixWW is correct. He doesn't want a recount. He might want people to think every vote is rigged. But I think it's just a public excuse to change the rules to make it harder for brown people to vote. To be honest there isn't that many dead children (thankfully) but there is a hell of a lot of orphans and newly created one parent households with 3+ kids. I came across a few places with this but evidently Steve Bannon has confirmed he had a part in planning the January 6th events with Trump.

The Jan 6. select committee investigating the deadly Capitol riot has subpoenaed four aides to former President Trump for testimony and documents.

Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, former communications official Dan Scavino, former Defense Department official Kash Patel, and former Trump advisor Steve Bannon were all in touch "with the White House on or in the days leading up to the January 6th insurrection," the committee said in a release.

“The Select Committee is investigating the facts, circumstances, and causes of the January 6th attack and issues relating to the peaceful transfer of power, in order to identify and evaluate lessons learned and to recommend to the House and its relevant committees corrective laws, policies, procedures, rules, or regulations,” Chairman Thompson, wrote in the press release.

All four have until Oct. 7 to turn over requested documents. Patel and Bannon are instructed to appear before the committee on Oct 14, followed by Meadows and Scavino on Oct. 15.
